Your Role:
As a Pediatric SLP, you’ll be working with children of all ages—helping them develop essential communication skills, improve social interactions, and enhance their ability to succeed in school and life. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating personalized treatment plans that meet each child’s unique needs and goals.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design and implement customized therapy programs to address a wide range of speech and language concerns (e.g., speech delays, articulation issues, language comprehension, social skills, and stuttering).
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the child’s progress and success.
- Engage in fun, creative, and interactive therapy sessions that children will look forward to each week.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Provide education and support to parents, empowering them to assist their child’s communication development at home.

Who You Are:
- A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with children.
- Experienced in pediatric speech and language disorders (preferred but not required).
- Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box to engage kids in therapy.
