What You’ll Do

Lead Your Team

  • Build a team that’s dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
  • Coach and develop team members so they feel confident and supported.
  • Lead by example—set the tone through your actions, attitude, and accountability.

Run the Store

  • Ensure the store is clean, welcoming, well-stocked, and operating smoothly.
  • Follow food safety and cash handling standards with precision.
  • Solve problems as they come up—and help your team do the same.

Own Performance

  • Keep labor, food cost, and productivity on target through smart scheduling and coaching.
  • Stay on top of inventory and waste—know your numbers and how to adjust.
  • Improve sales by focusing on great service and a clean, well-run store.

Create a Positive Culture

  • Set the tone for your store’s culture—upbeat, respectful, and team-first.
  • Address issues early with professionalism and clarity.
  • Recognize hard work and celebrate wins, big and small.

Make a Local Impact

  • Be involved in your community—get creative with local marketing and outreach.
  • Represent the brand with pride and consistency.

Nice-to-Have Experience (but not required)

  • Leadership in a restaurant, retail, or customer service setting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, food safety, scheduling, or inventory.

Physical Requirements
