Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time DME Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves working directly with healthcare providers and patients to ensure the proper selection, fitting, and adjustment of orthotic devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and adjust orthotic devices based on provider recommendations.
- Conduct patient evaluations and ensure proper device usage.
- Educate patients on orthotic care, maintenance, and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Assist with billing support and insurance-related documentation.
- Travel to different locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as needed.
Qualifications
✅ Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Must have a reliable car (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Comfortable with travel and commuting to multiple locations.
✅ Preferred:
- Prior experience in DME, orthotics, or patient care is a plus.
