Credit Manager

The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing critical functions within the Risk Management Department. This role includes managing the credit review process in alignment with internal policies, overseeing collections and cash management activities, handling claims, and ensuring compliance with departmental administrative and audit processes. The Credit Manager also leads a team and collaborates with internal stakeholders to mitigate financial risks effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit underwriting, collections, or claims resolution within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial risks effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and financial analysis tools preferred.
  • Ability to respond to work-related inquiries outside of normal working hours.
