Sales Executive
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Christopher Mobley in Athens, GA, you will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and expanding our custom-tailored clothing division. You will be expected to consistently demonstrate leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of our brand and offerings. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, increase store sales, and lead by example in sales strategies and custom clothing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Business Growth
- Tailored Clothing Expertise
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding sales goals and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or custom clothing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with an eye for detail and a focus on operational excellence.
