BNC Construction is hiring outgoing, motivated  students for a high-paying weekend position doing door-to-door canvassing in neighborhoods where we’re actively working.

Job Title: Weekend Field Canvasser
Location: Local San Diego neighborhoods near our active construction sites
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible hours)
Pay:
• $200 base pay per day
• Plus $50-150 for every appointment you book with a homeowner. Certain types of leads like ADU’s we will pay $150

• Top performers can earn $1,000+ per weekend. You will be setting up sales appointments for our sales person to go meet home owners to discuss their construction needs 

What You’ll Do:
• Walk door-to-door in neighborhoods where we’re currently doing construction projects
• Start friendly conversations with homeowners:
“Hi, just letting you know we’re doing a remodel down the street at [address]. Do you have any home improvement projects you’re thinking about – like a retaining wall, ADU, kitchen or bathroom remodel, or new roof?”
• Book appointments for our team to provide a free estimate

• Positive, friendly, and confident communicators
• Comfortable talking to people in person
• Self-motivated and reliable
• No sales experience needed – just good energy and a willingness to learn
