Job Overview: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide valuable insights that help guide business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately captured, processed, and delivered in a way that drives performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions.
Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of the data.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular updates to business leaders.
Assist with ad-hoc data requests and reporting as needed.
Continuously improve data analysis processes and workflows for efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning algorithms or advanced statistical modeling is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data tools is a plus.
