Front Office Receptionist

Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our growing team across five busy South Bay locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front office experience
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and process patient payments
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per federal, state, and local regulations
- Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and referring providers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative healthcare role or high-volume customer service setting
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- Proficient in Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Additional Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccination (per federal mandate)
- Willingness to follow applicable mask mandates
- Authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Must be able to stand, bend, push, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
- Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to maintain patient and workplace safety
Benefits Include:
- Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 (based on experience and qualifications)

Compensation may vary based on several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one part of the total compensation package offered by Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
