Wellness Center Associate

Job Summary

As a Wellness Center Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, assist with studio operations, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the facility. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness and who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience: Greet clients, check them in for sessions, and provide outstanding service and support throughout their visit.

Facility Operations: Maintain cleanliness and order of all wellness spaces, including Pilates and strength areas, recharge rooms, and lounge areas.

Session Coordination: Assist in setting up equipment and prepping rooms for classes and session.

Product & Service Knowledge: Educate clients about services, memberships, and wellness benefits.

Sales & Admin: Assist with retail sales, scheduling, membership sign-ups, and processing payments using our studio software.

Team Support: Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless daily operations.

 

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using scheduling or POS systems

Ability to maintain a clean environment

Excellent time management skills

Sales Experience is preferred
