About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients create personalized travel experiences.
As an independent contractor, you will collaborate virtually with our team through monthly calls and training sessions while supporting clients with their vacation planning from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding client service — from first inquiry to post-travel follow-up
Book travel components (flights, hotels, cruises, activities, transfers, dining, spa appointments, etc.)
Manage client preferences, profiles, and payments in a cloud-based CRM
Prepare and distribute travel documents and tips to clients
Monitor schedule changes and assist with rebooking as needed
Support teammates and collaborate during virtual meetings
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
Serve as a backup point of contact for urgent client issues when needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the U.S.
Reliable computer/smartphone and internet connection
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Flexible and solution-oriented approach
Prior travel planning experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Fees
This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role. There is no hourly or salary pay — you earn a percentage of the travel you book for clients.
Upfront Cost: $89.99/month (includes licensing, E&O insurance, access to booking systems, and training)
Earnings potential is based on your performance — there is no cap on commissions
