
Office Manager
We are seeking our next great office manager for our family office – Ellison & Ellison, PC CPAs and Ellison Financial Group, Inc. Investment Advisors.
Duties to include typical office management functions including:
- Phone management
- Filing
- Copying / Scanning
- Scheduling appointments
- Ordering / maintaining office supplies
- Managing the intake and return of client information (both electronic and paper)
- Keeping the office presentable and scheduling maid service
- While not required, some bookkeeping experience is a plus
We are a relaxed environment while maintaining high expectations for best efforts for our clients. Being a wonderful person is the most important attribute. Due to the nature of our work, an FBI background check is required.
