Entry Level Marketing Manager

We are a Marketing and Consulting firm founded on tenacity, creativity, invention, and
optimism. Our management team is dedicated to empowering our employees and promoting a diverse, performance-based work environment that provides everyone an equal chance to succeed. Currently, we are seeking an entry level professional to join our team for the retail sector. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a customer-centric mindset. At the entry level, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies, analyzing and tracking campaign performance, and driving revenue on behalf of our client. A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude are essential.


Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
● Build brand recognition through local events and assist in the growth and development
of assigned territories and campaigns.
● Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating
an exemplary consumer experience.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and
maintain a favorable public image for clients.
● Develop comprehensive knowledge of client’s products, services, and promotions.
● Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given
tools and training.
● Report directly to Management with feedback and results to drive revenue and increase
sales margins.


Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred but not required).
● 6 months experience in customer service, sales, or any client facing role.
● Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends.
● Self-starter with the ability to thrive in individual tasks as well as team projects.
● Friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor.
● Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
