Structural Engineering Designer

We’re currently seeking a Structural Engineering Designer — ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals pursuing licensure. If you're an aspiring structural engineer with a passion for real-world project work and an interest in joining a supportive, tight-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the structural engineering field, working on residential, commercial, and civic projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to structural design efforts for our projects, ranging from residential, commercial, civic, and other markets
  • Prepare mark-ups and assist in drafting structural plans (Experience in Revit is preferred)
  • Collaborate with project managers and fellow engineers
  • Participate in design meetings and help respond to construction-phase questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or similar program
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (coursework, internship, or professional)
  • Basic knowledge of Revit or other structural drafting tools preferred
  • Solid communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and work independently in a fast-paced setting
