As a firm that has tripled in size over the past year, this role is essential to helping us onboard new team members successfully, maintain compliance, and track HR performance through meaningful metrics. - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and compliant internal documentation
- Track hiring data and HR KPIs to support strategic decisions
- Help ensure every new team member is set up for success in their role
