💼 What You'll Do as a Program Leader:

Lead engaging activities and implement our proven curriculum tailored to each child’s needs

Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, schools, and your team

Be a positive role model and mentor for kids in grades K–6

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children

Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a difference

Great communicator who works well with both families and teammates

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must meet Nebraska’s state child care licensing requirements

🕒 Schedule & Hours:

Before School: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

After School: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Site Director roles available with approx. 32 hours/week
