Location: Hybrid – Baltimore, MD (In-office Preferred)

ABOUT BMORE STUDIO

BMORE Studio is the first and leading TikTok Live creator agency in the DMV area. Based in Baltimore, we help creators grow their presence, monetize effectively, and connect with broader audiences. We’re not here to incubate beginners — our strategy is to identify and recruit naturally talented TikTok livestreamers and help them scale with support, structure, and opportunity.

 

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a TikTok Livestreamer Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The right candidate will have a path to transition to full-time based on performance and results.

Your mission is to find and recruit standout TikTok livestreamers— not through cold emails, but by going directly to the platform and speaking face-to-face. You’ll use TikTok Live’s “Facetalk” approach to connect with creators in real time, introduce our agency, and bring them on board. You must be comfortable being on camera and engaging in spontaneous, live conversations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Search TikTok for high-potential content creators
  • Use Facetalk (live chat) methods to directly reach out and pitch BMORE Studio
  • Represent our agency clearly and persuasively in on-camera conversations
  • Guide creators through the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Track outreach and recruitment results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Passion for TikTok, creator culture, and social media trends
  • Comfortable and confident speaking live on camera (face required)
  • Great people skills with a natural conversational style
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-focused
  • Based in or near Baltimore — in-office presence preferred
  • Sales, recruitment, or talent acquisition background is a plus

 

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

This is a contract-to-hire role with:

  • Base salary
  • Commission for each successful recruitment
  • Bonus for exceeding performance benchmarks
  • Top recruiters can earn significantly more based on results. Successful candidates may be offered full-time roles after demonstrating consistent performance.
