We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Analyst to help drive performance and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Operations Analyst will support daily production operations by analyzing workflows, ensuring SOP compliance, and helping lead operational improvements. This role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing operations to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all processes are executed in strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to implement operational best practices.
- Support and lead small teams or projects aimed at optimizing workflows and reducing downtime.
- Collect and report production data, track KPIs, and prepare operational performance summaries.
- Assist in training team members on SOPs, safety procedures, and process updates.
- Participate in audits and ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead or coordinate team-based projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to following SOPs and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting.
