Associate Director of Operations
Position Overview
The Associate Director of Operations will play a critical leadership role, overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-focused operations. Working closely with the Operations Leadership team, this individual will help shape strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and lead operational excellence across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Support and oversee daily operations of the clinic, including front desk, scheduling, billing, and facilities.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow, scheduling, and care coordination.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports for leadership.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational planning.
Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and clinic infrastructure needs.
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of non-clinical staff.
Serve as a liaison between departments to foster communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, billing practices, and operational workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy, with experience in EMR systems and operational software.
