Continuous Improvement Engineer

Continuous Improvement Engineer. Norsan Operating Group LLC. Continuously improve personnel hiring processes and new recruitment assessments across all Norsan companies and divisions, including Media, Restaurants, and Meats. Liaise with HR managers to research and map the new hires journey. Engage in continuous design, testing, and upgrade of human capital systems and processes and identify areas to automate. Conduct process audits to determine actual performance and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for payroll. Manage cost and time constraints relating to compensation and recruitment. Perform risk assessments relating to compliance & staffing needs. Document company-wide processes for upper management. Implement a coaching/mentoring plan across all divisions. Lead activities of the updating and training coordinator and training personnel. Oversee development of personnel / performance / appraisal evaluation formats. Analyze and assess KPIs for training, accidents, onboarding. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Will accept a foreign degree equivalent. Project Management Certificate. 2 years of experience as Process/CI Engineer, CI & Management Coordinator/Director, Accreditation and Strategic Indicator Professional, or a closely related position, which must include: 2 years with KPIs including defining strategic indicators and analyzing results; and 2 years using psychometric testing tools, analysis, and evaluating results.
