Marketing Manager
Main Management is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help scale our growing marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional projects. You will be an integral part of a small but high-performing marketing team supporting firmwide growth, outreach, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment while receiving constructive, iterative feedback as part of a creative and results-driven process.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce & Campaign Execution: Own Salesforce management, adoption & optimization, maintain dashboards, and execute email drip campaigns. Must be experienced in reporting.
- Social Media Content Production & Distribution: Manage podcast and webinar programming, including coordination, editing support, publishing, and post-performance reporting in addition to regular social media scheduling, execution and reporting (works closely with Research)
- Event Management: Assist with firm-hosted events—source vendors/venues, manage guest lists, assist with booth setup, merchandise logistics, and collateral preparation (occasional domestic travel required).
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the CMO to create and update presentations, territory-specific materials, and update curated educational content for the sales team and clients.
- Performance Reporting: Produce reports on email and social media campaign metrics to help optimize communications and lead generation. Reports should be regularly provided in monthly, quarterly and annual increments. Taking reports and telling bigger picture stories is expected.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a marketing or performance marketing role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrated proficiency and expert use in Salesforce (campaign setup, dashboards, internal adoption & training, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with both clients and internal/external partners
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent project planning and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments including Sales, Research, Operations, and Executive Leadership
- Real-world portfolio examples of past creative campaigns, events, or marketing materials
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content distribution best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Interest in the financial industry; familiarity with investment products is a plus
