Kickstart Your PT Career with Balance, Pay, and Purpose
Just graduated and wondering if there’s a better way to start your physical therapy career? You’ve worked hard to earn your degree, don’t spend your first job running from room to room, buried in paperwork, or feeling like a number.
Instead, imagine launching your career in a welcoming, close-knit setting where:

  • You’re paid competitively from the start
  • Your caseload is manageable and designed for quality, not volume
  • You have time to actually learn and grow as a therapist
  • You’re surrounded by mountains, rivers, forests, and hundreds of miles of trails

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a scenic and under-the-radar region of the Pacific Northwest, far from the burnout and bureaucracy of big-city systems. You’ll work with a supportive rehab team that values mentorship, balance, and patient-centered care.

What You Can Expect:

  • $83,500- $120,000 Salary in a hospital based setting
  • 9-12 patients per day, one-on-one
  • One hour per patient, no rushed appointments
  • Dedicated, paid time for documentation
  • Positive, team-focused environment with strong leadership
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) with 5% match
  • CE support, paid holidays, and PTO that carries over
  • Opportunity to train across inpatient, outpatient, and home health
  • Relocation assistance and $10,000 sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For:

  • DPT or MPT (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Oregon PT license or eligibility
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for rural care
  • Desire to live and work in a peaceful, naturally beautiful region

This is a rare chance to start your PT career with support, stability, and breathing room, both in your schedule and your surroundings.

Launch your career where you’ll be treated like a valued teammate, not a billing code. Where weekends mean hiking, fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying the view, without hours of traffic or crowds.
