About the Role

The Tailory New York—a premier luxury atelier specializing in bespoke women’s formalwear and alternative bridal attire—is looking for driven, entrepreneurial professionals eager to break into the world of luxury fashion sales and client relations.

This commission-based role is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who thrive in flexible, self-driven environments and want to build meaningful connections with high-value clientele.

Our custom garments, including bridal jumpsuits, corsetry, tuxedos, and tailored women’s suits, are handcrafted using ultra-premium fabrics sourced from the world's most prestigious mills, including Loro Piana, Brunello, Carlo Barbera, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil, and Huddersfield.

Unlike traditional tailors focused on menswear, The Tailory New York serves a fast-growing, underserved luxury market, helping clients express their individuality with truly bespoke craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Build Your Own Client Network & Engage High-Value Clients

Establish relationships through networking, fashion events, wedding planners, stylists, and social platforms.

Leverage existing market demand—clients are already seeking luxury bespoke fashion; your role is to connect them with the right solutions.

Consultative Selling & Luxury Styling

Conduct personalized virtual or in-person style consultations, guiding clients through The Tailory’s bespoke design and fitting process.

Collaborate with clients on custom garments that fit their vision for weddings, formal events, and power dressing.

Manage the Full Sales Process

Lead clients from first inquiry to final garment delivery, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Work closely with The Tailory’s design and tailoring teams to uphold precision, craftsmanship, and luxury standards.

Who You Are

A motivated recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain experience in luxury fashion sales, styling, and relationship-building.

Proactive and entrepreneurial—excited to build your own client pipeline and grow in a commission-driven role.

Passionate about fashion, luxury craftsmanship, and personal styling.

Skilled in networking and communication, eager to connect with high-value clients.

Organized and adaptable, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
