In this exciting part-time role, you'll be a brand ambassador for Pulse Performance, empowering clients on their wellness journeys.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face of Pulse Performance: Greet clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Become a trusted advisor: Actively listen to client needs and recommend personalized fitness programs.
  • Drive sales success: Effectively promote our programs and services, exceeding sales goals.
  • Build lasting relationships: Develop rapport with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a positive environment: Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere that motivates clients.
  • Stay informed: Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on new programs and promotions.

What You Bring:

  • Passion for Health & Wellness: You believe in the power of fitness to change lives.
  • Sales & Service Savvy: Proven experience in sales or customer service with a strong track record.
  • Communication Master: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect with diverse clients.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a supportive team.
  • Flexible & Energetic: Embrace a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent + 1-2 Years' Experience Preferred: Experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is a plus.
