Entry Level AT&T Account Manager

With continued success and client demand, we’re excited to expand our team in Odessa, TX by adding a motivated Entry Level AT&T Account Manager.

As an Entry Level AT&T Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand—connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering personalized solutions from AT&T’s suite of services. Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing customers to promote AT&T products and services to understand their current telecom setup and lifestyle
  • Listen attentively to customer priorities—such as data usage, mobile plans, or streaming options—and tailor recommendations accordingly, ensuring each customer feels heard, understood, and supported with a personalized solution
  • Be prepared to clearly explain product benefits, troubleshoot basic concerns, and offer informed comparisons to help customers make the best decisions
  • Handle any challenges or concerns with patience and empathy, using problem-solving skills to turn potential frustrations into positive, lasting impressions of both AT&T and Clear View Consultants
  • Support your teammates in hitting shared goals while maintaining a healthy level of personal accountability
  • Participate in Entry Level AT&T Account Manager meetings and trainings that boost collective knowledge and enhance sales techniques
  • Regularly review internal communications, attend briefings, and conduct personal research to stay competitive and ensure customers receive the most current and relevant information


 

Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
