Entry Level Account Manager - Telecom

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry Level Account Manager to join our expanding team. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will meet with customers, share the good things about AT&T’s new deals, network upgrades, and service bundles, and give custom service advice. You will assuredly assist the business in its growth, completely satisfy the customers, and substantially increase sales. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in AT&T’s wireless and home service offerings, promotions, and features.
  • Interact with customers, explain service options, and give recommendations tailored to them.
  • Process customer enrollments and transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Entry Level Account Manager team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to drive customer confidence.
  • Travel locally within a designated area to meet customers and conduct face-to-face consultations.

 

Entry Level Account Manager Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 0-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or any customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to take initiative, build relationships, and hold yourself accountable for results.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in both team and individual settings.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed.
