Position Summary:
The Multiskilled Trades Specialist 1 performs journey level trade specific duties and responsibilities in the maintaining, repair, and construction of College buildings. Completes demolitions and remodels. Removes wall partitions and installs new walls. Repairs and replaces doors, windows, and flooring. Completes all stages of drywall installation. Provides roof repair and maintenance. Perform major tree pruning.
