Role Overview

We're looking for a personable, persuasive, and self-motivated Creator Acquisition Associate to join our team. You'll engage directly with creators through text, phone, and social media DMs, introducing them to Ultraviolet and guiding them through signup and launch. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into the tech and creator economy space, especially recent grads looking to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to creators via SMS, WhatsApp, phone, and social platforms.
• Explain Ultraviolet’s value in a compelling, friendly, and confident way.
• Build relationships and handle objections with good judgment and professionalism.
• Collaborate with global onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Keep detailed notes and track outreach, responses, and conversions in an organized system.
• Uphold the Ultraviolet brand voice and values in every creator interaction.
• Identify ways to optimize the acquisition process and take initiative to improve it.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills; social, approachable, and naturally great at building rapport quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple leads and track progress.
• Sound judgment in managing creator relationships and addressing concerns.
• Experience in sales, creator/influencer marketing, or talent outreach is a plus.
