What You’ll Do: Direct Therapy

• Deliver engaging, individualized speech/language sessions under SLP supervision
• Use fun, creative methods to meet each client’s unique goals

Documentation

• Keep accurate session notes and progress data
• Follow clinic and state documentation guidelines

Support Evaluations

• Assist in screenings and informal assessments

Collaboration

• Join team meetings, trainings, and cross-discipline conversations
• Communicate consistently with your supervising SLP

Client & Family Connection

• Build rapport and trust with clients and their families
• Support carryover activities at home (as directed by your SLP)

Therapy Prep

• Create and organize engaging therapy materials
• Help maintain fun, clean, kid-friendly therapy spaces

What We’re Looking For:

• Current California SLPA license
• Passion for helping children and adults
• Positive, team-oriented, and detail-savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• New grads & RPEs welcome — we’ve got your back!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
